By attending a class, workshop, event, or any gathering organized by Mothering Club LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of California:

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that participation in Mothering Club LLC's classes, whether on the premises at 32382 Del Obispo St B3, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675, or off-premises, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional stress, or other unforeseen risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities, including those arising from negligence on the part of Mothering Club LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties").

Release and Waiver: You, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or your child, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in any Mothering Club LLC activities.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that they may incur due to your participation or your child's participation in any activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Medical Authorization: In the event of an emergency, you authorize Mothering Club LLC to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for your or your child’s immediate care, and you agree to be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered. You further agree to release the Released Parties from any liability arising out of or connected with such medical treatment or emergency care.

Severability: You expressly agree that this waiver and release of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of California and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

Governing Law: This waiver and release of liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding with respect to this waiver and release shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: You acknowledge that you have read this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that you are giving up substantial rights, including your right to sue. You acknowledge that you are agreeing to this waiver freely and voluntarily and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
This waiver and release of liability shall remain in effect for all Mothering Club LLC classes, activities, and events in which you or your child participate, whether conducted on the premises or off the premises.
By purchasing and (or) attending a Mothering Club LLC class, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
