Starting Solids From Scratch


It can be very overwhelming when your baby is ready to start solids! There is so much conflicting advice around the subject: 

  • When should you start? 

  • How to serve the food?

  • What foods are best and most nutritious? 

  • How to introduce food allergens?


This expert-led coaching class is open to caregivers: Mom, Dad, a grandparent, aunt, uncle, friend, and your baby ages 4-18 months old. 


In this 1.5 hour workshop, you will gain the skills and confidence to start serving solids using real whole food ingredients to help your baby build a strong healthy foundation with food.

This course was developed and is instructed by Kelly Rodas, Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist and Feeding Specialist, through her feeding therapy business, FEELING YUM, which has the goal of Helping You Create Happy and Healthy Eaters for Life! 

Our mission is to help you learn how to cook, serve, and enjoy nourishing meals to your children and loved ones, which are inclusive to a wide range of dietary needs and preferences. 

We help empower you with the tools and techniques to make mealtimes a fun and inviting experience for the whole family!
