By participating in Mothering Club LLC's classes, whether on the premises at 32382 Del Obispo St B3, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675, or off-premises, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Grant of Rights: You hereby grant Mothering Club LLC, its representatives, employees, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of you and/or your child(ren) taken during classes for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, advertising, social media, websites, and other marketing initiatives.

Description of Use: The media may be used in various formats, including print, digital, and electronic media, and may be combined with other images, text, graphics, or video footage. Mothering Club LLC may also alter the images or recordings without restriction and without notifying you.

Duration: This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by specific rescission of this authorization. Any such rescission must be in writing and delivered to Mothering Club LLC at the address provided above.

No Compensation: You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, payment, royalty, or any other consideration for the use of such media and that you waive any right to inspect or approve the final product wherein your likeness appears.

Release and Waiver: You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Mothering Club LLC, its representatives, employees, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether now known or unknown, arising out of or connected with the use of the media, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of any right to publicity.

Minors: If the participant is under 18 years of age, the undersigned certifies that they are the parent or legal guardian of the participant and have the legal right and authority to execute this media release on behalf of the minor.

Governing Law: This media release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding with respect to this media release shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Acknowledgment of Understanding:
By accepting these terms when signing up for a class. you acknowledge that you have read this Media Release Form, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them. You acknowledge that you are signing this release freely and voluntarily and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
